Bees & Our Story

A Story in Every Spoonful

Deliciously Sweet Natural Honeycomb

We did a similar post in May that goes into more depth on the process on how we make Comb Honey, but thought I'd share a couple recent photos of our bees making more comb honey this summer!

Once the bees make and cap the honeycomb, we take it from the hive (without the bees of course!) and then cut the comb into 3.5 inch squares with a sharp, warmed knife for a snug fit in our comb honey clamshell boxes.

If you haven't tried natural comb honey before, you've got to! You can find our Comb Honey at the Collective 103 in Old Town Clovis located at 453 Pollasky Ave #103 open everyday from 11am-5pm. Supplies are limited. We hope to restock with more comb honey from the summer soon!
